What could be tastier and simpler than seafood pizza? Knead the dough with dry yeast, prepare the filling and collect everything. You can arrange the ingredients in patterns. So an appetizing dish will turn out even more beautiful.
Ingredients
- Flour (sifted) – 2.5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
- Sea cocktail (chilled) – 250 g
- Mussels (in shells) – 7 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Tomato sauce - 5 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 0,5 tsp.
- Basil (for submission) – 2 twigs
- Water (boiling water) – 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour with yeast, salt, beaten egg and warm water.
Knead the soft dough, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Boil mussels and sea cocktail for 2 minutes in salted water.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake, put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Brush generously with tomato sauce, evenly spread the sea cocktail, mussels and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle the pizza with Italian herbs and send it to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Put the finished pizza on a serving board and garnish with basil.
