Every cook should be able to bake delicious biscuits. A lush cake is often used as the basis for many confectionery products, or eaten just like that. I'm telling you a very simple recipe that I often use myself.

Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Use only clean and dry dishes and tools.

Add sugar to the yolks and beat with a mixer until a dense mass is formed.

In a separate container, whisk the whites with salt and vanilla essence. Stable peaks should be obtained.

Add the yolk mass to the protein mass in small portions. Mix well each time until smooth.

Pour in the sifted flour and gently stir again with slow movements.

Cover the split form with baking paper, pour in the dough and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Put the cake on a wide plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
