A hearty and healthy dish for those who selectively approach the issue of nutrition. PP rolls are made from lightly salted trout, boiled rice, ripe avocado and crispy nori. To work, you will need a bamboo mat and a sharp knife.
Ingredients
- Trout (low salt) – 260 g
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix boiled rice with vinegar and sugar.
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Cut the oily pulp of the fruit and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the trout into thin rectangular pieces.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp it with your fingers.
Place a sheet of nori on top with the shiny side down.
Place the avocado slices on the wide side of the strip.
Roll up a tight roll, helping yourself with a bamboo mat.
Cover the finished roll with trout slices.
Cut into small pieces, put on a plate and serve with soy sauce.
