Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the capelin under running water and put it in a bowl.
Add salt, spices, mayonnaise and mix gently.
Cover with a lid and set aside for 15 minutes.
Put the capelin on a greased grill and fry on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. The fish should be covered with a uniform golden crust.
