If you like cottage cheese pies, I advise you to try this recipe. Fresh berries, such as raspberries or strawberries, are best suited for it. But you can experiment to your taste. If you use frozen, mix them with a spoonful of starch to get rid of excess moisture.

- Butter - 120 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Cottage cheese - 220 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 220 g
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
- Berries - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Continuing to beat, add the eggs individually.
Grind the cottage cheese and send it to the same place. Add the vanilla extract and whisk again.
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder. Knead the dough.
Put half of the dough into the mold, and spread out half of the berries. Then again half of the dough, and berries on top.
