Another fun way to cook your favorite donuts. This time we won't need yeast or baking powder, because the dough will be custard. It should be kneaded intensively and for a long time, so it is better to do it with a food processor.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 250 g
  • Butter - 160 g
  • Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Salt - on the tip of the knife
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 450 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

In a saucepan, mix milk, water, salt and sugar.

Add the chopped butter and heat over low heat until smooth.

Remove the pan from the heat. Stir continuously, pour in small portions of the sifted flour.

Continuing to mix intensively, add all the eggs one by one. The dough should be smooth, homogeneous and shiny.

With the help of two spoons, type a little dough, dip it in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
