All lovers of greens will definitely appreciate the filling of spinach and suluguni. This is already a classic combination for all kinds of pastries, rolls and other dishes. This time I propose to cook khachapuri from puff pastry in this way.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Spinach - 250 g
- Suluguni - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the suluguni on a grater and set aside a third.
Chop the spinach and garlic in any convenient way, mix with the main part of the cheese.
Roll out the dough, slice and lay out the filling. Form khachapuri of any shape and size.
Brush them with yolk and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Put the khachapuri in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
