This version of tiramisu is prepared without brandy, so it can be served to children. For flavor, I add a little ground cinnamon to the coffee, you can also use citrus zest and vanilla. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 400 g
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 250 ml
- Coffee (espresso) – 300 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cream with sugar, cottage cheese and beat with a mixer at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Mix coffee with cinnamon and pour into a wide bowl.
Lubricate the bottom of the prepared mold with cream.
Dip the cookies in coffee and put them in one layer.
Lay out the cream, smooth it out and repeat the steps with the cookies again.
Lay out the remaining cream and smooth it out.
Sprinkle the dessert with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
