Bento cake milk girl is one of my most favorite desserts. I cook it only according to this recipe, I don't trust others. The cake turns out to be delicate, with a creamy taste, with a pleasant vanilla aroma.
Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Condensed milk - 200 g
- Butter (melted) – 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 15 g
- Baking powder dough - 10 g
- Cream (33%) – 250 ml
- Condensed milk - 180 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Vanillin - 5 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt to a light foam. Next, add condensed milk and melted butter and whisk again.
Mix flour, vanilla sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Start gradually introducing the flour into the liquid and whisk until smooth.
Cover a baking sheet or a form with parchment, pour out the dough and smooth it with a spatula. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
For the cream, whisk the cream to peaks, add cheese, condensed milk and whisk again.
Take out the cake, let it cool. Cut out the circles and assemble the cake. Each layer of the cake is smeared with cream, also smear with cream on top and decorate as desired.
