Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 250 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 250 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Coconut milk (thick) – 1 bank
- Coconut chips - 2 art.l.
- Coffee (espresso) – 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cooled cream for 4-5 minutes. During this time, they should thicken well.
Add sugar, coconut milk and continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
Pour in half of the coconut chips and mix.
Put the cookies in the coffee for a couple of seconds. Act quickly, otherwise it will not get soaked, but will get wet.
Fill the glasses with cookies and cream, alternating them in layers.
Sprinkle coconut shavings on top. The finished dessert should be infused in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
