There are a lot of recipes for sour cream with chocolate, and this one is one of my favorites. A fairly simple, and at the same time incredibly delicious cake will not leave anyone indifferent. It will be even more interesting if you pour it with chocolate glaze.
Ingredients
For cakes:
- Milk - 225 ml
- Baking soda (slaked) – 10 g
- Sugar - 140 g
- Vegetable oil - 90 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Chocolate - 80 g
- Flour - 180 g
For cream:
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Powdered sugar - 80 g
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the chocolate in any convenient way and let it cool down a little.
Mix it with butter, milk and beaten eggs.
Mix the dry ingredients separately, combine both masses and knead until smooth.
Fry 3-4 cakes in a hot frying pan, lightly oiled, under a lid for 8-10 minutes.
There is no need to turn the cakes over.
Beat the ingredients for the cream with a mixer until fluffy.
When the cakes cool down, collect the sour cream and let it brew in the refrigerator.
