Many years ago, the first tiramisu was cooked in an Italian restaurant. Since then, the dessert has become extremely popular all over the world. Now it can be found in almost every menu. I suggest not to go anywhere, but to cook a classic tiramisu at home!
Ingredients
- Mascarpone - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Coffee (espresso) – 300 ml
- Savoyardi Cookies - 250 g
- Cognac - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Carefully separate the whites from the yolks and beat with a mixer until sharp peaks.
Rub the yolks until white with powdered sugar.
Add mascarpone to a bowl with egg yolks and mix until smooth.
Add the whipped whites in portions and mix gently.
Mix cold espresso with cognac. Dip each cookie for 3-5 seconds in the resulting solution and spread it in layers on a plate.
Brush the top with a thick layer of cream. Repeat the steps until you run out of cookies. Be sure to lubricate the top with cream.
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder and put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
