A typical dish of Asian cuisine. It is often prepared in China, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore. Fortunately, there is nothing complicated in the recipe, so today we will also prepare spring rolls from rice paper. I recommend serving it with peanut, soy and fish sauces.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the garlic passed through the press and turn off the heat after 1 minute.

Chop carrots, lettuce leaves and rice noodles.

Place rice paper in cold water for 15 seconds.

Put rice paper on a board, put shrimp, carrots, noodles and lettuce leaves in the center with a strip.

Tuck the sides in and roll the spring roll. Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.
