There is nothing easier than such an uncomplicated snack! It's okay if you don't have special tempura flakes. You can take ordinary breadcrumbs – it will turn out differently, but no worse.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Flour - 50 g
- Breadcrumbs (tempura) – 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the ingredients in advance: defrost the crab sticks and pour the flour and tempura into flat plates.
Beat the egg with a whisk and add spices to it to taste.
Dip the crab sticks first in flour, then in egg and then in tempura.
Fry them in vegetable oil in a hot frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
Serve with your favorite sauce. I prefer sweet chili or Japanese mayonnaise.
