Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Add salt, ground pepper, breadcrumbs and mix.
Put the meat in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until tender.
Grate cheese, slice tomatoes.
Mix the yolks, mustard, oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with the prepared sauce.
Lay out the salad leaf, then the fried chicken, tomatoes and grated cheese.
Roll up a tight roll and fix the edges.
Fry the finished shawarma on the grill.
