If you have the time and desire to pamper your family with delicious, prepare a carrot roll. The recipe is not simple, but the result exceeds all expectations. I advise you to bake a snack in the evening so that it has time to brew overnight and in the morning you can serve it for breakfast.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Processed cheese - 300 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until soft.
Flip it into a colander and leave the excess oil to glass.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy.
Add the roasted carrots and stir.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the carrot billet with a layer of about 0.5 cm and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Grate the processed cheese on a grater. Finely chop the dill.
Put the blanks in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, garlic passed through a press and mix.
Put the finished roll on a board, carefully separate it from the paper and put it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Lubricate the cooled cake with cheese filling.
Roll up the carrot roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
