Stuffed mushroom caps with cheese are a delicious snack for all occasions. It is equally appropriate at a festive buffet, and at a house party with friends and a couple of glasses of beer.
Ingredients
- Champignons (large) – 600 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Greenery - 5 twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Breadcrumbs - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Cornflakes - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the champignons, remove the legs and chop them finely.
Grate cheese, chop nuts, herbs and garlic, add crackers and flakes.
Mix all the filling, season and put in the mushroom caps.
Bake the snack in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
