Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the oranges with boiling water and wipe dry.
Using a slicer or a manual shredder, cut the fruit into thin circles.
Arrange the oranges on a covered baking sheet and send them to the oven preheated to 90 degrees for 4 hours. Turn on the convection mode.
Cool the orange chips, put them in jars or close the lids tightly.
