Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add sugar, salt, ground red pepper and vinegar. Mix well with your hands, lightly kneading the carrots. Cover with a lid and set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour into the carrots and mix again. The finished snack should stand in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
