- Round rice - 120 g

- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Daikon (pickled) – 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, season the rice and let it cool.
Cut into strips all the ingredients for the filling.
Lay the rice tightly on the nori sheets and hide the vegetables on the rice.
Roll up tight rolls with a mat.
Slice them with a slightly damp knife.
