Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 600 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 glasses
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the potatoes and blot them with a paper napkin.

Cut the potatoes into slices, add salt and mix.

Heat the oil in a deep fryer, add the potatoes and cook for about 6-8 minutes. The time may vary depending on the size of the pieces.

Put the finished potatoes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
