- Milk - 160 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese, beat the eggs with milk and sugar, and combine both masses.
Gradually add flour to the dough.
Add the peeled and finely chopped apple, and mix again.
Put the casserole in a mold and cook in the oven for about 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
