A spectacular crown of pork ribs will be a worthy decoration for any feast. And preparing such an unusual dish is much easier than it seems at first glance. I advise you to try it on occasion – you will definitely cope with this recipe!
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 13-14 pieces
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Butter - 70 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Teriyaki sauce - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Paprika - 1 art.l.
- Hops-suneli - 1 art.l.
- Zira - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off all the excess from the ribs and cut the meat from the bones by about 5 cm to form a crown.
Roll up the crown and put it on the foil.
Fill the crown with sliced potatoes to the middle. Put a layer of onion and the remaining cut meat on it.
Put the rest of the potatoes, onions and cherries around. Form a boat out of foil so that the juices do not flow out.
Mix the melted butter and the remaining ingredients for the marinade.
Thoroughly lubricate the ribs with it, and wrap the bare bones with foil.
Put the crown in the oven for about an hour at 200 degrees.
