Chicken chops with pineapple, garlic and cheese in the oven

Let's add a little bit to the classic recipe today! Add a clove of fragrant garlic to the mayonnaise and give the chops a little piquancy. One clove is enough for me, but you add as much as you see fit.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 200 g
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into plates. The optimal thickness is 1.5 centimeters.
Beat off each piece with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through the press.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, brush with oil and lay out the chops.
Using a silicone brush, brush with mayonnaise.
Lay out the pineapples and carefully sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
