A very interesting and unusual way to cook dorado is to bake it whole with exotic fruits. For example, here is an original recipe with pineapples, mango and kiwi. Of course, this is an option only for those who are not afraid of experiments. But the result is so good that I would advise everyone to try this dish at least once!
Ingredients
- Dorado - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 4 rings
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Mango - 1 piece
- Sea salt - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Dried chili pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the peeled dorado with salt, oil and chili.
Cut all the fruits into slices and put them in a mold.
Put dorado on top of them and sprinkle with more olive oil.
Bake the dish in the oven at 190 degrees first for 20 minutes under foil, and then another 10 without it.
