A fairly easy-to-prepare salad for every day, prepare as quickly as the classic version. In addition to the usual ingredients that are part of our favorite Greek salad, we will add pieces of avocado to make it even more satisfying and nutritious.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Fetaxa Cheese - 200 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 h.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-rinse and dry all vegetables and lettuce leaves. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and put them in a salad bowl. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and send them to the leaves. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the salad.
Cut the avocado into two parts, remove the bone, cut into cubes, sprinkle with some lemon juice and send it to the vegetables.
Cut the olives and cheese and add to the salad.
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil, the second part of lemon juice, salt to taste and spices. Season the salad, mix thoroughly. Garnish with avocado slices on top and serve.
