Ingredients
For Salad:
- Red Fish (low salt) – 200 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Lettuce - half-pack
- Bread - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
For refueling:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a dry pan until golden brown.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Cut red fish and cherry tomatoes as you like.
Chop the parmesan with a special grater.
Mix egg, butter, mustard and lemon juice, whisk with a blender for 1.5-2 minutes.
Add the garlic passed through the press and mix.
In a wide bowl, mix the fish, tomatoes, crackers, salad leaves, parmesan, salt and ground pepper.
Pour in the prepared dressing and mix.
