Cinnamon will help to diversify the taste of your favorite drink, add sophistication and charming aroma. I want to share a classic recipe for coffee with cinnamon at home. Note to the girls: this coffee improves digestion and promotes fat burning :)
Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1/2 glasses
- Sugar - to taste
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Before making a drink, I advise you to grind a piece of cinnamon stick in a coffee grinder. If there were no cinnamon sticks at hand, you can use a store-bought ground spice, but in the first case the drink will be more fragrant.
In a copper turk, combine ground coffee, cinnamon and sugar. Heat the mixture over low heat.
Add water and bring the coffee to a boil.
Pour half of the brewed drink into a coffee cup.
Bring the remaining coffee in the turk to a boil again, then pour the rest into a cup. The most fragrant drink is ready!
