- Garlic - 3 clove

- Olive oil - 150 ml
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the prepared bowl.
Add spices, salt, soy sauce and garlic passed through the press. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Without stopping the mixer, pour in a thin stream of oil. Whisk everything together until the sauce thickens.
