Crumble the yeast into warm milk.

Add sugar, salt, vanilla, lightly beaten eggs and sifted flour.

Stir, cover with a towel and set aside for 40-60 minutes. During this time, the dough should double in size. There is no need to mix!

Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small portions of dough and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
