Cottage cheese casserole with carrots and dried fruits

If you like original cottage cheese casseroles, this option is what you need! In addition to carrots, a variety of dried fruits come here. Delicious, bright, spectacular and very useful. Even children will be delighted, and it's hard to please them.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Fig - 50 g
- Prunes - 50 g
- Semolina - 80 g
- Honey - 3 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots and lightly simmer with 50 ml of water until soft.
Briefly soak all the dried fruits in boiling water and chop.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey and semolina. Combine all the ingredients.
Put the mass into a mold and bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
