- Milk - 2 glasses

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash beef liver and pour milk for half an hour.
Take out the liver, dry with paper towels, peel off the films and cut into thin slices.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
With a fork, stir the eggs with salt and ground pepper.
Sift the flour and pour it on a wide plate.
Roll the chops in flour, dip in batter and put on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry for 4 minutes, flip to the other side, turn down the heat and continue cooking under the lid for another 5 minutes.
