Pumpkin is not only a beautiful, but also a very healthy vegetable. That is why it should be prepared as often as possible. In addition to the popular porridge, I advise you to try another interesting recipe — baked turkey with potatoes and pumpkin in the oven.
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 400 g
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Potatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it slightly and cut into small pieces.
Peel the pumpkin and potatoes, cut into small cubes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the turkey, fry until golden brown and transfer to the prepared cauldron.
Fry the potatoes and pumpkin in the remaining oil for 7-10 minutes.
Pour potatoes, pumpkin and black pepper into the cauldron.
Pour in the hot broth, season with salt and pepper and cover with a lid. Cook the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
