Green plum tkemali is a variation of the traditional sauce, but from unripe fruits. A great solution, because it's not so easy to find a use for a green plum, but it fits perfectly here. The sauce is very tasty and especially good for meat.
Ingredients
- Plums (green) – 800 g
- Cilantro - 25 g
- Mint - 25 g
- Parsley - 25 g
- Garlic - 30 g
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour 100-150 ml of water to the plums and boil until soft.
Grind them through a sieve.
Grind the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Add to the draining mass and mix the tkemali thoroughly.
Season the sauce to taste.
