One of the most original ways to make sweet and sour sauce is to make it based on apricots. I experimented with this recipe for a long time until I got a result that really pleases me. And now I'm sharing it with you.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 700 g
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots, finely chop the halves, add 100 ml of water and boil until soft.
Grind the mass of blenderm and grind through a sieve.
Add chopped chili, garlic and other ingredients to taste.
Boil the sauce for another 10 minutes.
