Vegetables are often marinated in a mixture of oil and lemon juice before baking. But there are more satisfying options from sour cream and even mayonnaise. A striking example of this is my favorite marinade recipe for zucchini on the grill. Try it and you won't want to cook differently anymore.
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Parsley - 3 twigs
- Mint - 1 twig
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the parsley and mint.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Add salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press. Stir and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
