Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Orange juice - 50 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Star anise - 2 asterisks
- Carnation - 2 bud
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into rings.
Mix soy sauce, butter and orange juice.
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the quails for at least half an hour.
