This recipe can be used even in winter, since berries are very often sold frozen. Cranberry sauce for meat turns out sweet and sour and slightly tart. Keep in mind that as the mass cools down, it becomes thicker.
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 300 g
- Wine (white) – 3 art.l.
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cranberries in a blender.
Mix the berry mass with salt, sugar and coriander.
Bring to a boil over low heat, pour in the wine and boil for 2 minutes.
Mix the starch with cold water and pour a thin stream into the boiling sauce.
Boil everything together for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
