When all the usual sauces have been tried for a long time and I want variety, I experiment with recipes from different cuisines of the world. Today I want to share with you step-by-step instructions for making dolmio sauce, which will perfectly complement your main dishes.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Onion - 3 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Salt - 20 g
  • Sugar - 20 g
  • Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the tomatoes and put them through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry in oil until golden.

Add 5 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid.

Pour in the tomato, add all the spices and boil the sauce for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
