Ingredients
- Plums - 300 gr
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Cilantro - 50 gr
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the hot red pepper and separate the seeds.
Wash the plums and remove the bones.
Put all the ingredients through a meat grinder, add spices, salt to taste and send it to cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool, pour into a saucepan and serve.
