- Tomatoes - 700 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Garlic (dried) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the vegetables and apples, and put everything through a meat grinder.
Bring to a boil and boil the sauce for 20 minutes on low heat.
5 minutes before the end, add all the spices.
