Fish cutlets will never be dry and bland if you choose the right sauce for them. I really like sour cream. Oddly enough, when properly cooked, it is wonderfully combined with fish. I'm telling you more!
Ingredients
- Sour cream (bold) – 200 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Cilantro - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the herbs and garlic.
Mix with sour cream.
Season the sauce as desired.
