- Garlic - 30 g

- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Butter - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add the fennel and fry for 20 seconds.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, oil with fennel, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Add finely chopped herbs and mix again.
