Ingredients
- Peaches - 400 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the peaches.
Fill the halves with water, simmer for 10 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Add all the other ingredients to the puree.
You can add more spices and herbs to taste.
Boil the tkemali for 15 minutes.
