The most fragrant and rich mushroom sauce is always obtained from wild mushrooms. There are some features here, compared with champignons, but later in the recipe I will tell you in detail about them. Before cooking, thoroughly clean and rinse the mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Forest mushrooms - 500 g
- Cream (20%) – 400 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes after boiling and finely chop.
Fry the chopped onion in butter for a couple of minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add flour and spices, and mix everything together.
Pour in the cream and simmer the sauce until thick.
Grind it with a blender as desired.
