Italian housewives prepare bolognese to their liking. Some add milk and cream, others prefer to do without garlic. I suggest you try the recipe of the classic bolognese sauce. In my opinion, this is the most delicious option.
Ingredients
- Minced meat (pork-beef) – 400 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Celery - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Wine (red) – 80 ml
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the celery and peeled onion.
Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Peel the tomatoes, chop them in a blender.
Add tomato mass, wine and ground pepper to the frying pan with minced meat.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add salt, add garlic passed through the press and remove from heat after 5 minutes.
