Properly selected spices help to reveal the taste of meat in a new way. For example, pork is well combined with paprika, hops-suneli and cumin. In this recipe, I add them to the batter. During the cooking process, the meat is soaked with appetizing flavors.
Ingredients
- Pork (clipping) – 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 2 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Butter - 50 g
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Zira (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,25 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt and pepper and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and spices.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Dip the chops in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops in butter for 2 minutes on each side.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
