The perfect kebab is obtained from moderately fatty minced meat. To do this, mix different types of meat, add chicken fat, lard and even butter. I like turkey and pork kebab lula. And today I will tell you this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pork (collar) – 600 g
  • Turkey (fillet) – 400 g
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Greenery - a couple of twigs
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass pork, turkey, herbs and peeled onions through a meat grinder twice.

Add ground pepper and salt. Stir and beat well.

Wrap the resulting mass in a double layer of gauze and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Form small sausages on prepared skewers.

Fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning it over often.
