Ingredients
- Black Bread - 4 slices
- Red Fish - 70 g
- Avocado - 0,5 pcs.
- Cottage cheese - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Sesame - for decoration
- Greenery - for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the slices of bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan.
Peel the avocado, remove the pulp, cut into very thin slices (you may need a piller knife). Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the red fish into slices.
Spread the bruschetta with cottage cheese, put the fish and avocado strips on top. When serving, garnish with herbs and sesame seeds.
