Ingredients
- Beef (boiled) – 250 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 120 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut beef, mushrooms, cucumbers and herbs.
Peel the eggs from the shell and chop.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until tender.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: beef, eggs, cucumbers and fried mushrooms. After each layer, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Thickly sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
